I needed to mow the lawn and usually just push mow the outside by our fence and ride a tractor for the rest. But to add a little more activity, I push mowed a larger section and tried to not use the self propel as much to make me work a little harder!

I love the tips for toning at home. I definitely want to try the sliding with paper plates.

Got an extra day of lap swimming in today.

Best birthday gift from my sister-personal training with her twice weekly via Zoom. She also created some 20 minute circuit challenges that I can do on my own. This is doable!!!
