Dressed For Success?

It's day 1 of the Move More! challenge, powered by support from Humana.

Today's tip is to dress for success. If you work from home, one of the perks of a home office is that you can often dress casually. Use that to your advantage and dress in workout clothing that allows you to move more. Wearing supportive sneakers may encourage you to log a short walk when you can. Donning an outfit you wear to the gym may inspire you to go when a meeting is cancelled or right after you finish your work for the day.

Did what you wear today inspire you to get active? Let us know in our discussion

I am going to work on being more active by committing to participating in some type of exercise EVERY DAY. At least 30 minutes of walking, weight lifting, jumping rope, being on the treadmill.
