Snacks can get a bad rap, but if you choose healthy versions (like fruits or vegetables!), you can keep your blood sugar stable and prevent extreme hunger, which can lead to overeating later.

Apple slices or carrot sticks are classic snacks, but if you want to amp up the nutrition and flavor and try something new, check out these recipes: Lavender-Blueberry Popsicles, Summer Fruit Spring RollsCucumber Subs, Avo Toasts, Strawberry Crostini, or Parmesan Asparagus.
