Gratitude and positivity promote wellness. One study published by Harvard Health Publishing found that “gratitude is strongly and consistently associated with greater happiness.” Â
There are several ways you can practice gratitude. For today, let’s start small. Take a minute to think about 3 things you’re thankful for. You can be grateful for anything — be specific and think about the way each thing (or person or place or animal) makes you feel. Then, let a feeling of gratefulness fall over you.Â
