Gratitude and positivity promote wellness. One study published by Harvard Health Publishing found that “gratitude is strongly and consistently associated with greater happiness.”
There are several ways you can practice gratitude. For today, let’s start small. Take a minute to think about 3 things you’re thankful for. You can be grateful for anything — be specific and think about the way each thing (or person or place or animal) makes you feel. Then, let a feeling of gratefulness fall over you.
