Prioritize People, Not Screens

It's day 4 of the Screen Time Detox challenge!
Tonight we challenge you to focus on prioritizing engagement with others in person. Try to think about how to do this without a device and try it. Perhaps let your others or a pet interrupt you when you’re doing something on a screen to enjoy the interaction. Here are some ideas for tomorrow as well:
- Walk over to a co-worker’s area and speak with them directly.
- Schedule a short face to face meeting instead of a lengthy email.
- Schedule a phone call instead of using chat features.
- Visit a relative or friend in person.
- Snail mail! Who doesn’t enjoy receiving a letter or card?
