Here are a few ideas for your last day and beyond:
  • Try a squat challenge
  • Stretch every night before bed
  • Walk around your home during television commercial breaks
  • Jog in place while waiting for food to cook in the microwave
  • Park farther from your workplace’s entrance

I have managed 17235 steps to date today by walking in place at work, stretched this morning for 5 minutes to warm up and then did some strength building for 20 minutes. Finish strong!!!
