Join An Online Workout Class!

Welcome to day 3 of the Possibilities Unlimited challenge, powered by support from Humana.

With social distancing still encouraged, now is a great time to hop on the Internet workout bandwagon. Carve out a small space in your home, throw on some comfortable clothes, and experience something new. You can find tons of free (or paid) exercise classes online. YouTube is a perfect place to start looking. Search for one of these ideas:
  • 10-minute cardio workout
  • Pilates
  • Yoga
  • HIIT (high intensity interval training)
  • Body weight exercises
  • Zumba
  • Dumbbell exercises

Need inspiration? See this list of free online workout classes offered by real gyms during the coronavirus pandemic.

If you don’t like the workout? No worries, try going back to your search until you find something that feels right. Maybe throw on your favorite playlist and have a dance party or join one on Instagram Live.

Tell us what class you sign up for here or in our private Facebook group, on Twitter or Instagram (remember to tag us with #healthynurse and @HealthyNurseUSA). If you have one share your dance party playlists with us as well!

Find this helpful? Use the social media links on the left side of your page to share it with a nurse and invite them to join Healthy Nurse, Healthy Nation!

I love the Mommy and Me workouts I find on YouTube. Yesterday my toddler and I had a dance party in the kitchen instead though :D
