Try Something That Scares You
Welcome to day 6 of the Possibilities Unlimited challenge, powered by support from Humana.
You’re halfway done with this challenge. Now it’s time to set the bar higher.
The true focus of this challenge is doing something new while breaking through fear or other barriers that are holding you back. What are you doing differently this year to improve your health and well-being?
If you’re up for it, now is the perfect time to set your sights on a big, audacious goal. Think of something you’ve always wanted to do but haven’t had the courage to try. Something like:
- Rock climbing
- Sky diving
- Long-distance cycling
- Skiing or snowboarding
If you can’t do it today, pin down a deadline or date when you’ll mark it off your bucket list. Stay focused on accomplishing this new goal, and don’t let fear hold you back any longer.
