Welcome to Day 10 of the Healthy Holidays Challenge, powered by Compass One Healthcare!

A healthy, nutrient-filled diet shouldn’t be a short-term plan. The best way to make your nutrition the best it can be is to take the tips from the previous 9 days and use them every day through the holidays and beyond.

That means:
  • Adding more unprocessed, whole foods like fruits and vegetables
  • Drinking more water
  • Treating yourself to your favorite foods in moderation
  • Making healthy substitutions when possible
  • De-stressing in healthy ways to avoid emotional eating

We’re heading into the holidays now, and you’re on the right track. Hopefully, you’ll enter these times armored with 10 days’ worth of healthy tips. Now that the challenge is complete, keep the commitment to your nutrition moving forward.
