Identify Your Rewards
Published
We’re halfway through the challenge, and you should now have some self-care in your routine. How’s it going?
As you complete your self-care activity, you should feel some type of “reward.” The reward for any habit is the end result. What reward do you receive when you show yourself some love in the form of self-care? Whatever it is, we hope it brings you some joy and fills up your cup. If your reward is significant enough, it’ll motivate you to keep doing your self-care habit.
