Simplify your hydration tracking with these easy steps:
  1. On your smartphone or tablet, download a hydration tracking app.
  2. Keep a hydration journal where you record your daily water intake.
  3. Use a reusable water bottle with measurement markings to monitor your intake visually.
  4. Experiment with different methods until you find one that fits seamlessly into your routine.
