Setting boundaries doesn't make you a grouch; it sets the stage for healthy relationships. Setting & enforcing personal boundaries is good for your body, mind, & soul.

Your Action for Today
Whenever you’re sick, think about what you need most during your recovery (rest, quiet time, etc.). Craft a short message (text, email, handwritten note) to your loved ones letting them know how much you appreciate their support, but that you need (space, time, freedom, etc.) to focus on healing.
