This really resonates the gap between nursing school and real practice is such an underrated source of anxiety for new nurses. I wrote about some of the realities new nurses face in their first job that covers similar ground. Great read!

This hit home, especially the part about the drop-off from 39 to 8 nurses. Even something as simple as breathing exercises gets pushed aside when shifts are chaotic and there's no real support from leadership.
