Monitor Intake And Follow Suggestions From Physician

Utilize the food diary and rules outlined by my physician
1.  8 oz of water before i eat anything at all
2.  Eat a fruit or vegetable with every meal and eat it first. 
3.  Limit to sweets 3 per week
4.  Only 1 serving of bread, pasta, rice, crackers, white potato, corn
5.  Eat 20 - 30 grams fiber a day.
