Healthy Eating for Healthy Weight Loss

I commit to eating homemade meals with limited take out and limited soda. Ever since I started eating at home, I have lost 26 lbs. I want this trend to continue, but when I had challenging days at work, I just want something comforting. It has taken a mindset change for me to pass the fast food and go home for some good quality. This also means letting go of soda, which is often a crutch for when I need something sweet. I will not let a bad day dictate my health and nutrition. If anything, those days are when I need to treat myself to especially high-quality food.
