I commit to creating a healthy lifestyle for myself by specifically being disciplined in atomic habits.
I commit to eating healthy and following a Mediterranean diet. Having a heart healthy diet is important to my individual needs. I commit to exercising in non contact, weight bearing activities. I further commit to my mental health by attending counseling sessions and spending time in nature.
