Committing to a Healthier Diet for a Healthier Future

I see the value of eating a healthy, balanced diet as a student nurse, both for my own health and to provide a good example for my patients. In order to improve my general health and energy levels, I'm committed to include more fruits and veggies in my meals. Small, lasting adjustments like include a portion of veggies with every meal and keeping fresh fruit on hand can help me eat healthier and better prepare for the demanding tasks of nursing. I can preserve my own health and give my patients the best treatment possible by eating a better diet.
