I want to make a commitment to eat more whole foods. I want to ensure that I am eating foods in their natural form like fresh fruits and vegetables as well as avoiding added sugars and processed foods. I want to commit to ensuring that I eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables each day, as well as thoroughly reading ingredients to ensure that I am not putting any potentially harmful substances in my body.
