I am committed to start a new sleep routine
I am committed to starting a healthier sleep routine that allows me to rest better and have a good performance in classes. I plan to sleep an average of 6–6 1/2 hours and compare the difference between sleeping enough amounts of hours and not sleeping well at all. I would like to change for good my routine and start good habits, habits that can positively impact my physical and mental health.
