Protecting My Sleep

I am making a commitment to go to sleep no later than 9:30 or 10:00 pm on weeknights (and potentially weekends as well!) so that I can be well rested after waking up at 6:30 for school and 5:30 for work. I hope that having a more consistent sleep schedule of at least 8 hours will help my body and mind :)
