Commitment statement

I would like to make a commitment to getting at least 8 hours of rest every night, 7 days a week.
I would like to plan out my sleep schedule to allow me to include a minimum of 8 hours of sleep every night. I sometimes have a hard time going to sleep at an early time, and find my performance is much better when I receive a full night's rest.
