Commitment to REST

I commit to truly resting on my off days and to cultivating a realistic bedtime routine on the days that I work that will enable me to sleep well. My bedtime routine will include: stretching, skipping dinner, and reading a few pages of a book that helps me to relax before falling asleep. I want to avoid watching TV, heavy meals, and checking social media before dozing off. On my off days, I want to partake in activities that will allow me to experience true relaxation and restoration. For me, these activities include: taking a walk or going on a hike, watching a film that inspires me or makes me think, doing something creative (crochet, writing, yoga sequencing), or meeting up with a friend.
