Commitment to Rest

I will commit myself to achieving the best quality of sleep by going to bed earlier than 9 pm and not waking up sooner than 6 am at least twice a week. I will also commit myself to work less and spend more time for myself doing what I love which is being a mom to my 5 beautiful boys and being the best wife to my husband as well. I believe that is attainable with much preparation and planning every week.
