I joined weight watches last week and started attending Sat am meetings. I'm using their APP and having fun counting my points. Down 4 lbs already. Exercising with friends that I'm attending with.

I'm down 34 pounds now and my cardiovascular health has improved tremendously! Never too late or too old to change!
