Walk away the stress!

Since becoming a nurse, the high stress of the my job has effected me greatly. I have gained around 60 pounds in 3 years and have been struggling with depression because of it. I choose to no longer let stress and depression run my life! My physical activity commitment is to get out and walk 20 minutes a day, even on days that I work. My goal is to start at 20 minutes for 1 months time, and then to increase to 30 minutes a day. I will win over the stress and depression, and take my life and my body back.

I want to commit to walking outside whenever I feel stressed rather than shutting down and doing nothing!
