Commitment to better sleep, working out, and eating better

For this school year and hopefully for the rest of time to come, I would like to make a commitment towards getting at least 8 hours of sleep a night, as well as going to sleep earlier than I have been. Sleep is a super important part of how you feel throughout the day and I believe I need to prioritize it more in my life. I also want to make a commitment towards getting back into the gym everyday. I found myself giving too many excuses in the past and I am challenging myself to have more self discipline. The last thing I want to commit to is to eat healthier than I have been. This means avoiding fast food as much as possible, as well as cutting out the increased amount of excess sugar in my diet.
