I want to make a commitment to cooking and eating more whole foods to incorporate into my diet. I also want to be sure to drink more water and less caffeinated drinks. I recently had surgery on my right knee and have had trouble building my quad muscle back. During this semester, I will move my body at least 3x a week in either strength training or walking/jogging to regain my balance and muscle.
