Physical Activity Commitment Statement

I want to make a commitment to myself this year to exercise at least 30 minutes every day. Specifically, I am going to try to spend those 30 minutes outside either walking, running, or playing sports with friends to positively increase my physical health, and my mental health. I find that when I stick to an exercise schedule, I feel more accomplished and confident and I am able to function better in work and school.
