I spent 45 mins Jogging running on treadmill today, burned 360 calories, I was stepping on the stair master machine for 10 mins, that thing is not easy, my legs were about to give up. It will take time to build up stamina for that machine. That one is no joke :). Spending 30 mins on strength training weight lifting at the gym.
