Prioritizing mental health by going on evening walks
I commit to go on a walk in the evening on days I do not have night shift clinical. This will get me out of the house and out of my head, while also allowing me time to enjoy the outdoors. Feeding the ducks at a local park is one of my favorite pastimes, so it's just a perk if I run into them too!
