I am making a personal commitment that I will draw or color at least once a week as a form of relaxation. I need to find ways to better relax my mind after being stress from nursing school. I feel that coloring and drawing will help at least give me something pretty and fun to do in the mean time! I have always thought that someway of creativity would be a great way to best release the negative emotions that I feel.

I agree! It feels good to let go and use the other side of your brain. It is akin to meditation.
