I am making a commitment to my mental health and well-being, as well as the mental health and well-being of others (including my coworkers and patients). I believe mental health is important and truly impacts our health outcomes. Ways I will be committing to my mental health is by taking breaks, deep breaths, and surrounding myself with loved ones because that is what makes me happy and keeps me going!
