Mental Health Commitment

I commit to prioritizing my mental health by reading at least a book a week. I love to read all different kinds of genres of books and poetry and I love sitting down and finishing good writing. It is a plus if I have the time and ability to read them in a bath. I know that school and work are two of my biggest stressors and making sure that I am taking care of myself mentally helps my physical body which makes it possible to keep others around me safe.
