Allyson Adams: Wellness Commitment

I commit to find time for my hobbies to help me with my mental health. Hobbies allow me to clear my head and take a refreshed breath. I enjoy training with my dog and we recently started doing agility training. Not only does this help me with my mental health but it also allows me to fit in some physical activity that I don't dread or have to convince myself to do. I will be starting weekly lessons with our dog agility trainer next week and I am committing to go to every lesson. At home I continue to train my dog on basic manners to make sure that those are solid, it's a hobby that I enjoy very much and I always feel much better after a training lesson! My time frame each day is 30 minutes to an hour depending on what I am doing with my dog to ensure he is not feeling overtired.
