Commitment to Mental Health

To improve my mental health and give myself an outlet for self expression, I commit to finishing a creative project biweekly. This can include activities like sewing, jewelry making, creating collages, and painting! By doing this, I hope to give myself time to unwind and practice mindfulness. :)
