Prioritizing Coloring

During my nursing school journey, I have found that coloring helps me decompress and reduce my overall stress. I have not been as active in this activity, and because of this, I have noticed that I have been overstressed. Committing to prioritizing coloring again will decrease my overall stress levels, and I will also have a healthy outlet to go to when I have increased stress levels that I also find enjoyable.
