Spiritual Well Being

I am committing to prioritizing rest and spiritual wellbeing as a nurse. This means taking time to pray, read my Bible, and spend time in silence and solitude before and after my shifts. Taking a few moments to breath and pray after I finish a shift allows me to leave the stress and anxiety of the last 12 hours at the hospital and takes a weight off my shoulders. Daily quiet times where I write out prayers helps re-set my mindset and eases much of my anxiety.
