Pause and Walk

A commitment I have tried to uphold and will continue to is when I am feeling overwhelmed or anxious, to pause and take a walk. This can be anywhere from a loop around the building or an evening walk with friends. Any time, any length. It always helps me clear my mind and reset my anxious thoughts!
