How are you doing in the challenge?


It was a beautiful fall like weather in the morning when I went out and jogged , I saw lots of people walking,running and jogging but i was focused and motivated and happy that I am finally focusing on what matters most which is my health that I could not stop to check on today’s team .By the way ,I met and went over my goal .

My husband worked out with me today!! Having someone to talk to definitely makes it so much more enjoyable!

I walked with my daughters today I am happy that after talking and stressing and not giving up about the  need to exercise,they are now enjoying walking out and I feel now like a winner knowing that my message consistency finally paid off but the picture we took today is not posting
