Shelly tells us, “I enjoy walking early mornings, for exercise. I walk about 4 miles per day, 5 days per week. I wanted to be healthy and to make better food choices. The combination of physical activity and eating healthier was amazing. I lost 30 pounds. I enjoy posting every time I exercise, because it keeps me accountable and encourages my Facebook friends as well.”
