Healthy Fats And Green Leafy Vegetables

I plan to increase healthy fats (nuts, avacodos, olive oil) into my diet as well and attempt to get in 5 servings of dark green leafy veggies daily. I also plan to eat about 70 grams of protein daily and NO breads, pastas, rices, or any other carbohydrates/sugars not coming directly from the veggies. This will require reading labels on all items that have labels.
