I pledge to improve my relationship with food

By focusing on water first, veggies most, and tracking everything I eat daily. I will enjoy "treat" foods without any regrets and learn how to still lose weight when I can't exercise and/or when my stress level is high. My true focus is to change my mindset when it comes to nutrition.
