Eating Healthy

I have been on a weight lose/eating healthy journey since October 6th. My goal was to lose 19 lbs. I have 6 lbs to go! I have learned through this plan how to eat smarter and healthier. I’m reading labels, measuring some foods to make sure that I’m getting enough and in some cases not too much! I thought it was going to be difficult at first but once I set my mind to it, I actually enjoyed the process! I want to be healthy, I need to be healthy.
