I tend to skip meals when I am busy and I don't drink enough water. So my commitment is to drink at least 2 bottles of water daily and eat my lunch on time.

Eat less food items that contain less saturated fats and sodium. Reduce eating out from 3-5 days a week down to 2-3 days a week.
