I love food but I know I have to be more aware of what I'm putting in my body. I want to be healthy and eat nutritious foods but I am in college and sometimes there is not enough options. Especially with the holidays coming up too, treats and deserts are going to be laying around. Even so, I am going to make an effort to choose healthier options. It's okay to treat myself every once in a while but the majority of my intake should include fresh fruits and veggies, whole grains, and complex carbs rather than simple carbs.
