Better eating

I commit to eat more rounded meals which includes less sugar and salt, 5 servings of fruit and vegetables per day, and less processed foods.

I will accept this challenge but one of my challenges is finding good vegetables and fruits. I can't eat fruit and vegetables if it doesn't taste like what I'm suppose to be buying. Example: If it's shape like an apple but doesn't taste like an apple, I will throw the apple away. I have tried the local market, and several different grocery stores. Anyone with suggests, I'm listening
i commit to eating more balanced meals and tracking them.
