Making better food choices

My goal is to improve my overall nutrition and make better food choices daily. It can be very easy and convenient to pull through a drive-thru or grab something quick that may be unhealthier. My goal is to make healthier choices every day, incorporating more fresh fruits and vegetables into my diet as well as lean proteins and try to limit refined sugars and carbs.
