Drink More Water

Heidi Rye - I agree that drinking room temp or even hot water is easier.  I like to drink something hot first thing in the morning- sometimes I drink coffee but often I just dring hot water with Lemon.  I thought I "needed" coffee every morning but I don't notice any difference from dringing hot coffee or just hot water every morning. 
Denise Crawford‍ - I have a lot of tips! The first thing I do in the morning is drink a cup or two of room temperature water. For me, it is easier than drinking cold water right away in the morning. At work I always keep a nondesposable bottle of water near me. I like to add fruit or cumumber for some flavor. 
When relaxing after I put the kids to bed I get a cup or two of water to sip on instead of reaching for food at night.
