health/nutrition commitment

I am committed to decreasing the amount of times per week that I "eat out", including; drive through, take out, and going out to eat.  My goal is to only do this once a week, which will be a lot less than I normally do.  I hope this will in return help me to eat healthier and make better choices for my nutrition.  In addition, this will also help to decrease the amount of money spent on food.
