I commit to drinking clean, filtered water. With 75% of the world population being chronically dehydrated, I am aware that this is an important focus for me! Hydration is one of core building blocks in the foundation for health and wellbeing.
I make a commitment to keep my weight within a confortable range and watch my carb intake.
